Talents is made up with gifts, passion and skills. For instance my gift is working in team settings because I bring the best out of people. Passion is something that you love to do, such as general learning for me. Skills is something you have acquired over time such as programming or mathematical backgrounds. When you combine these things you will have talent. You gifts are the first step in discovering your talent.
